Conference Fees and Donations
Free Entrance Donations Only
- Explained:-
All our events are designed to allow entrance to all without the worry of the costs for those who may not be able to afford the entrance fees.
We therefore allow Free Access to all who come without a fixed entrance fee. You give whatever you can afford.
- Donation Baskets:
We do however have donation baskets at each event as well as at the entrances for those who can afford to contribute towards the costs of this conference.
- Our Expenses:
As well as the normal costs for printing the literature for the Posters and Programmes we do incur other expenses such as the telephone and the cost of this website.
In addition to this we pay the Guest Speakers for coming and within these costs are their own travel and acommodation expenses.
- Estimated Donation Guidlines/Estimates for the Conference are as follows:-
£5 for one Session or
£10 for 1/2 day (Friday or Sunday), either day or evening or
£15 for a whole day (Saturday)or
£20 for the whole weekend
- Collections at Mass
We do also have collections at every Mass to help recover our costs.
We appreciate your every contribution as it help us stay out of debt. Thank you.
In addition to this Canon Peter Collins the Dean of St David's Cathedral has been kind enough to help us by allowing Retiring Collections after every Normal Mass Celebrated at the Catheral on the Weekend of this Conference; Saturday and Sunday, 14th & 15th June 2014
