Christian Cinema Club- Group

The Chrisian Cinema Club is a great social and evangelising tool, it brings knowledge of the Bible, Scriptures, the Christian message and the Catholic Faith, through Films and Documentaries.

This group is responsible in the running of weekly films, scheduled to follow, where possible, the Liturgical Calendar, thereby making the films more relevant and closely linked to the readings and seasons of the Christian Calendar.

Having it's own Constitution, and Bank account, and alreasy Licensed for Films in 2013 and through to Lent 2014 we are eager to re-launch this programme at the Cornerstone.

We need a group of around 6 to 12 people who can plan and manage, as well as to run these films around a Rota of when people are available, and the films selected for screening.

Running from the Cornerstone, we hope that this will have a high impact, where the faithful as well as the lesser informed build up their faith in our Lord Jesus through Films.

As well as running the films, there is a hospitality aspect of these days, where after the films is shown there are refreshments and light snacks available.
