Events Setting-up and Clearing-up-Group

In all our events and activities there is the important role of setting up and clearing up.

This may involve moving chairs and tables; cleaning; putting things in position; arranging information and so on.

Anyone can help with these things and the more we have to help set up and clear away, the quicker we can do this.

Volunteers generally turn up around 30 minutes to 1 hour before the start of our events, and usually leave 30 minutes after it finishes.

If you would like to help with these types of activities please turn up early and let one of our leaders know you are available to help in some way.
